Surveyor Assistant - Kolding, Denmark



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will work closely with experienced surveyors to provide essential support in conducting land surveys and gathering data for construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for surveying who is looking to gain hands-on experience and advance their career in the field. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist surveyors in conducting land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect and record data accurately and efficiently
- Perform calculations and analysis of data using specialized software
- Assist in setting up and maintaining survey equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during fieldwork
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Provide general support to surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in land surveying or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in surveying or geomatics preferred
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software is a plus
