Job Title: Surveyor


Our company in Kolding is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to determine boundaries, dimensions, and other important data.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate surveys using various tools and techniques
- Analyze survey data and create reports for clients
- Determine property boundaries and locations of physical features
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data
- Utilize GPS, GIS, and other technology to map out survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on projects
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of CAD software is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be able to arrange their own living arrangements.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates who already have the right to work in Denmark.
