Visual Merchandiser Specialist

We are hiring a skilled and creative Visual Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Kolding. As a Visual Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays and layouts that effectively showcase our products and attract customers. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Your main duties will include designing window displays, arranging product displays, implementing product promotions, and creating visual merchandising guidelines for stores. You will also be responsible for conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with store managers to ensure that all visual merchandising standards are met in each location.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a visual merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing displays that showcase our products and align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for driving sales and increasing brand awareness
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Create visual merchandising guidelines for stores to ensure consistency across all locations
- Work with store managers to implement visual merchandising standards
- Arrange product displays in an attractive manner that encourages customers to make purchases
- Design window displays that draw attention from passersby
- Implement product promotions according to marketing plans
- Monitor inventory levels and restock displays as needed
- Stay informed of new product releases and incorporate them into displays as appropriate

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong eye for design with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field is a plus
