Merchandiser - Kolding, Denmark



We are searching for a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays and promotions to attract customers and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify best-selling products and adjust display accordingly
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure all products are adequately stocked on shelves
- Monitor competition's pricing and promotions to stay competitive in the market
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising standards
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events or campaigns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and customer behavior is a plus

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.

Salary: 1400$ per month

Working Hours: Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Accommodation: Without accommodation provided. Employee is responsible for securing their own housing.

Visa/Travel Requirements: Free visa sponsorship will be provided by the company. One-way ticket to Kolding will also be provided for international candidates.
