We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Kolding, Denmark. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for increasing revenue
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote company services
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and projections for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a managerial position
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience using CRM software is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation provided. This position requires a valid biometric passport.
