We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations
- Motivate and manage a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the assigned region
