Sales Manager for Kolding, Denmark
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and profitability by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Salary: 1400$
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to improve their performance
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and report on performance, presenting recommendations for improvement
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent our company and generate leads
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals and strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (1-2 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
