Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Kolding. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, applicants must have their own visa and be legally allowed to work in Kolding. This position is open to both locals and international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure tables are clean and set up correctly
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic work area
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with good customer service skills
- Must have own visa or be legally allowed to work in Kolding
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
