Seasonal Waiter/Waitress in Kolding, Denmark


A renowned restaurant in Kolding, Denmark is seeking a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the upcoming tourist season. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry to gain valuable skills and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently for the next guests
- Handle guests' inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Process payments using POS system accurately

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus tips. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
