Entry Level Mason

As an Entry Level Mason, you will be responsible for assisting experienced masons in the construction and repair of structures using materials such as brick, stone, concrete blocks, and tiles. You will be expected to learn and follow safety procedures and proper techniques for laying and leveling materials. Your duties may also include mixing mortar, cutting materials, and cleaning work areas.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Prior experience is not required, but basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is preferred. You must also be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. This position does not come with accommodation, so local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced masons in the construction or repair of structures
- Learn and follow safety procedures
- Mix mortar according to specifications
- Lay bricks or other materials following specified patterns
- Cut or saw materials to desired sizes
- Use hand or power tools to smooth or shape surfaces
- Clean work areas and equipment after each shift

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but basic knowledge of construction tools/techniques preferred
- Physically fit with ability to lift heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
