Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kolding. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with data entry, file management, and record keeping
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with clients and external parties as directed by management
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in Danish (written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have valid work permit for Denmark

Salary: 1300$ per month.
