Part-Time Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Kolding. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa and are looking for part-time jobs with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with scheduling appointments or meetings
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative support to colleagues as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa and be able to work legally in Kolding
