Loader Supervisor

- Supervise and manage a team of loaders, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Operate loading equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Load goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Verify accuracy of load against shipping documents
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods during loading process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading area
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate loading schedule
- Train new loaders on proper procedures and equipment operation
- Enforce safety protocols and identify potential hazards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Loader or in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics setting
- Strong knowledge of loading equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and coordinate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately verify load contents against shipping documents
