Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Kolding. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of the company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. We provide free visa and ticket for non-local candidates, but accommodation is not included.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities including meetings, events, and appointments
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support HR with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reports
- Create and maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
