Contract Office Manager
As a contract office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our company in Kolding. Your main role will be to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of our office, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Recruiting and training new employees on office procedures
- Overseeing facilities management and maintenance services
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software programs
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
This is a contract position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month. As this is an urgent job opening, we are looking for candidates who can join us immediately.
