Office Manager - Contract Position (Kolding, Denmark)
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for a contract position in Kolding, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective administrative support to all departments. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, and no accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical workers
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations
- Oversee office budget and expenses, track invoices and payments
- Coordinate with IT department to ensure proper functioning of office equipment and systems
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Prepare regular reports on expenses, budgets, office performance, etc.
- Handle incoming calls and general email inquiries from clients or partners
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
