Hotel Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kolding. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Handle negotiations and contract agreements with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients from various backgrounds
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local market trends in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Salary: $1300 per month.
