As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our office in Kolding. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules and appointments, and overseeing office supplies and equipment. You will also be in charge of handling incoming calls and emails, greeting visitors, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the office.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A friendly and approachable demeanor is also essential as you will be representing our company to clients and visitors.

This position requires someone who is a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You should have strong communication skills both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Basic knowledge of accounting principles would also be beneficial.

Previous experience in an office management or administrative role would be preferred but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates eagerness to learn and develop their skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role.
