Hotel Sales Manager (Kolding, Denmark)

As the Hotel Sales Manager for our hotel in Kolding, Denmark, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and management of the hotel's sales team. Your main objective will be to increase bookings and revenue by developing relationships with potential clients and maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, events) to create packages and promotions that attract new customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential challenges and areas for improvement
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Extensive knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Salary: 1300$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Kolding, Denmark (must have legal authorization to work in Denmark)
