Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. Your main goal will be to attract and retain corporate clients and cultivate strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their needs, and tailor services accordingly
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Create attractive sales presentations and proposals to showcase hotel's services and amenities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with commission on sales. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours. Accommodation is not provided for this role.
