As a Hotel Concierge in Kolding, Denmark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main responsibility will be to assist guests with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. This includes making reservations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and Danish. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required. You must also possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Your friendly demeanor and professional appearance will contribute to creating a positive first impression for our guests. You must also be able to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and discretion.

As the face of our hotel, you will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge about the surrounding area, including local events, dining options, and popular attractions. You will also be responsible for keeping the front desk area clean and well-stocked at all times.

In addition to assisting guests, you will also work closely with other hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. This includes communicating with housekeeping to fulfill specific guest requests and assisting with luggage handling as needed.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. As part of our team, you will receive training on hotel policies and procedures to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.
