Temporary Concierge

We are in need of a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Kolding. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience or recent graduates looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and providing exceptional customer service. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Ensure all guest information is accurate and up-to-date in the hotel system

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must have own visa to work in Kolding
- Must be able to provide own accommodation during employment

Salary:
This is a temporary position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
