Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a professional and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Kolding, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Keep an updated database of local attractions, events, and services for guest reference
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of guest services
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with accommodation provided. The duration of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.

Visa:
We will provide free visa assistance to successful candidates.

Ticket:
A one-way ticket to Kolding will be provided by the hotel.
