Entry-Level Concierge in Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a friendly and professional Entry-Level Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Kolding, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting them with any requests or needs they may have during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and arrange reservations for local restaurants, activities, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local area information to assist guests
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (especially Danish) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
The position is located in the charming city of Kolding, Denmark. Accommodation is not provided so we are looking for candidates who already reside in the city or have their own accommodation arrangements.
