IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems of our company in Vejle. Your main role will be to ensure that our technology operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while also implementing new strategies and solutions to improve our overall IT performance. You will manage a team of IT professionals and collaborate with other departments to meet the company's technological needs. This position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, servers, networks, and other IT systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Identify areas for improvement in technology infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
- Oversee security measures to protect company data and systems
- Train employees on new technology tools or systems as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions as necessary
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and providing guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, servers, etc.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to think strategically and identify areas for improvement
- Familiarity with data protection regulations
- Problem-solving skills

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle (open to candidates from any nationality)
