IT Manager


We are a rapidly expanding technology company based in Vejle and we are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our systems.
- Manage and support all hardware, software, networks, and telecommunication systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT equipment.
- Train and supervise IT staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively support the company's technology needs.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Prior experience in an IT management role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software installation and maintenance, database management, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure.
