We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining computer networks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and customer service attitude

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain computer networks including setting up user accounts and permissions
- Train users on new technologies or software applications
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference
