Network and Systems Administrator



The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for the overall maintenance, monitoring, and security of our company’s computer network and systems. This role requires a highly skilled individual with extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience in both network administration and system administration.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure to ensure efficient communication between all systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
- Install and configure operating systems on all company devices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure data backup procedures are in place to prevent data loss
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for all company devices
- Provide technical support to employees for any technical issues or inquiries
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the network and systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration or system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with firewall configuration and maintenance
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Vejle, Denmark (preference but not requirement)
