IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vejle. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for our company's computer systems and networks. This is a contract job with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users for computer hardware, software, and network related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up new user accounts and profiles as needed
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

This job is located in Vejle.

Note: This job is open to freshers who meet the requirements.
