Computer Support Specialist


We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients
- Install and configure computer hardware, software and peripherals
- Provide technical support for network connectivity and related issues
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep track of client inquiries and maintain detailed documentation of issue resolution
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding their technical support needs
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments to provide the best possible support

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Computer Support Specialist or in IT support
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working with remote support tools
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
