Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Vejle. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to computer users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to computer users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems
- Maintain computer networks and ensure security measures are in place
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups and updates
- Train users on new technologies or software applications
- Document all support activities for future reference
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to solve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1800$ per month
