Teamlead - Contract Position in Vejle, Denmark

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Vejle, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure successful project execution and delivery. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in project management is preferred

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, address any issues, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
