Online Consultant for E-commerce Company
We are currently hiring for the role of Online Consultant to join our growing e-commerce company in Vejle, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to online shopping or orders
- Providing product recommendations and assisting with order placement if needed
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring complete satisfaction with their experience
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall customer experience
