Online Consultant - Part Time (With Visa Sponsorship)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing online consulting firm, currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with the option for flexible hours.

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment
- Relevant experience in customer service or consulting is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as live chat, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information and expert guidance on products or services offered by our company
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
