Tiler - Contract Position in Vejle


We are a well-established construction company seeking an experienced Tiler to join our team on a contract basis in Vejle. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience and develop their skills in the field of tiling. As this is a contract position, it is open to applicants without prior experience and we are happy to provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, and debris
- Mix and apply adhesive, ensuring proper placement of tiles
- Level and align tiles using tools such as spirit levels and plumb lines
- Fill gaps between tiles with grout, sealing edges with caulking if necessary
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for tiling
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience in tiling preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of tile materials, adhesives, grout, and tools used in tiling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with measurements
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials if needed
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
