The Finisher will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and deadlines. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and be able to produce high-quality finishes on a variety of materials.

Responsibilities:
- Complete final stages of production, including sanding, staining, painting, and polishing
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with finishes or materials
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a finisher or in a similar role
- Proficient knowledge of finishing techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to provide own accommodation in Vejle or surrounding areas

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$, with potential for growth based on performance.
