Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of formworkers in the city of Vejle. Your main role will be to ensure that all construction projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of formwork techniques and be able to effectively communicate and delegate tasks to your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to formworkers on construction sites
- Ensure that all formwork is completed according to project plans and specifications
- Monitor the quality of work being produced by the team
- Train new formworkers on techniques and safety procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor used on each project
- Communicate with project managers and contractors regarding progress, issues, and any necessary changes
- Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate schedules and resources for multiple projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of formwork techniques and materials
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with the ability to ensure high quality workmanship
- Ability to read construction plans and interpret specifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry
- Must have or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Vejle
