Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete work or similar field
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans
- Skilled in using various power tools and equipment related to concrete work
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license preferred
