Architectural Technologist


Architectural Technologists are responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design and construction of buildings and structures. They work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop building designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Use specialized software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of buildings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and contract documents
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that construction plans are accurately followed
- Oversee the production of architectural drawings by junior staff members
- Stay updated on building codes, standards, and regulations in order to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Location:
This is a contract position based in Vejle. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Visa and Travel:
The selected candidate will be provided with a free visa and round-trip ticket.
