As a Preservation Architect, you will play a crucial role in preserving and restoring historic buildings and landmarks in Vejle, Denmark. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and preservation specialists to develop and implement plans for preserving the structural integrity and historical significance of these buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and landmarks to determine necessary preservation measures
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local laws and regulations while also maintaining the unique historical features of each building
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure that preservation plans are feasible and within budget
- Oversee construction projects to ensure that all preservation measures are properly implemented
- Coordinate with preservation specialists such as archaeologists, historians, and engineers to incorporate their expertise into preservation plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress of preservation projects and address any issues that may arise
- Keep detailed records of all preservation projects, including budgets, timelines, and any changes or challenges encountered
- Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in preservation to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field with a focus on historic preservation
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of historic preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding historic preservation in Vejle, Denmark
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles with an emphasis on historical styles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and specialists from various fields
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings
- Familiarity with project management software is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is 1400 USD per month. Benefits include health insurance coverage.
