Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vejle. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing architectural designs and plans for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design development
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Prepare project cost estimates based on design specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Review contractor bids and proposals to ensure they align with project scope and budget
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: This is a full-time contract position.

Location: Vejle, Denmark (remote work may be available depending on project requirements)
