Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect in Vejle, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create customized solutions that meet their budget and timeline. Your daily tasks will include conducting site visits, developing detailed plans and drawings, and collaborating with contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture and possess strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Work closely with contractors to ensure project execution aligns with design plans
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients throughout the process
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
