We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing designs within their budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Research building codes, regulations, and zoning laws to ensure compliance in all designs
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

We offer visa sponsorship for non-EU applicants. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation is not provided.
