Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to produce high-quality designs that are cost-effective and sustainable. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively. Previous experience in commercial architecture is required, as well as a biometric passport for international travel. This is a full-time position based in Vejle, Denmark with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial projects.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Monitor project progress to ensure that timelines are met and budgets are adhered to.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction work and make necessary adjustments or recommendations.
- Stay updated on current trends in architecture, building materials, and construction techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Biometric passport for international travel.
