Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architecture projects in our company. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your main duties will include creating project proposals, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that the final design meets client expectations. Additionally, you will be in charge of hiring and training new architects, providing feedback on their work, and promoting a collaborative and innovative working environment.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in architecture as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You must be able to multitask effectively and make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is also required.

As this is a part-time position, you will have flexible working hours but may be required to work weekends or evenings to meet project deadlines. However, we do offer accommodation for our employees who prefer to live closer to the office.
