Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to lead our team in Vejle. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver successful projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Review and approve architectural plans and specifications for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and construction to coordinate project delivery
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget targets
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Ensure that projects adhere to company standards for quality, safety, and sustainability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards success
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget constraints
