Job Title: Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vejle. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Ensure that project plans align with client requirements and budget constraints
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback for improvements or changes
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are being met
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and local authorities
- Track project expenses and maintain budget control
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Proven track record of managing successful architectural projects
- Strong technical knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills for effectively working with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle (preference but not strict requirement)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)
