Senior Architect - Vejle, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will use your expertise to design and plan innovative and sustainable structures while adhering to budget and schedule requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop detailed drawings and plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project progress and provide guidance to maintain quality standards
- Oversee budget management and timeline adherence
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Great communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vejle, Denmark (candidate must be willing to relocate if not already living in Vejle)
Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)
