Sales Manager - Ajman, UAE



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they are meeting their individual sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new potential clients and develop relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
- Develop pricing strategies in line with market trends and company objectives
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure cohesive business operations
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus

Salary:
A competitive salary of 1000$ per month will be offered to the selected candidate.

Location:
This position is located in Ajman, UAE. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.

Note:
This is a full-time position. Part-time candidates will not be considered.
