Driver Supervisor


As a Driver Supervisor in Vejle, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of goods and people. You will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, ensuring they comply with all traffic laws and company policies. Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of drivers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all drivers comply with traffic laws and company policies
- Create schedules and routes for efficient transport of goods and people
- Monitor vehicle maintenance to ensure safety standards are met
- Train new drivers on company policies and procedures
- Communicate with transportation department to fulfill client needs
- Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during transport operations

Requirements:
- Valid driving license
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional driver
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred:
- Experience as a supervisor or manager in transportation field
